Simkin Search LLC places President of National Housing Trust

​The Simkin Search team is pleased to announce that we have recently completed our consulting project, assisting the National Housing Trust in their search for a President. Effective February 1, 2018, Priya Jayachandran will join NHT, succeeding long-time President, Michael Bodaken.  See NHT’s announcement here.
 
We at Simkin Search share NHT’s excitement and confidence that Priya will be an outstanding leader as they continue and expand their innovative work in affordable housing preservation. Priya brings a deep background in affordable housing, having led key housing development, policy and community development lending efforts with Volunteers of America (VOA), the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Bank of America, and Citibank. She is a strong choice to follow Michael, a true pioneer in the field for a quarter century.
